Notes: Arthur was one of those baby rats that you fall in love with immedietly. I have always been a fan of blue dumbos, but his dark blue that he got from his father was especially beautiful! Arthur has quickly become one of my favorite boys. He is very mellow and gets along well with the other boys most of the time. He's somewhat submissive for how big and thick he is!
