Hi Briana,
I'm Jimmy (Marie's son). Here are some pictures of the "platinum" boy from the RRLM Elayne x BLR Daerven litter. I have named him Smokey. He's very nice! Thank you for letting us adopt him! Thanks!
Hi Briana,
I just want to let you know the 2 girls I adopted from you recently are
doing great!!! (from AMOR Boo & CAN Francis and RRLM Faile & CAN
Francis)
The siamese dumbo is named Rosarade (after a Pokemon lol) but we call
her Rosie. She is very sweet and loves to come to the cage door to see
anybody who walks by. She also likes to sit in my son's lap so he can
pet her.
The himalayan std ear is named Carmelita (after a video game character
in Sly Cooper). She is so active and "spunky" as my other son describes
her. She loves to run around and explore and hardly sits still! She
sometimes uses the wheel to run in.
Both girls are doing well and are getting a lot of attention, and they
are getting along very well and sleep together in their hammock. They
even litter trained themselves; I put a small tupperware in the cage,
sandwich sized, and some small pet litter in it (along with a few rat
raisins from cleaning the cage) and now they only use the box!
Anyway I wanted to thank you for the great transaction and adoption. My
kids are so in love with the girls!

Hi Briana,
I wanted to give you an update on the girls, they are doing great. I've
named them MacGonagall and Trelawney. I am so happy I decided to get
them from a breeder, they have been super friendly since the first day. It
is a huge and exciting difference compared to how long it took Pettigrew
to get accustomed to me. Thank you for taking the time you obviously must
have spent to encourage their friendly behavior.
I'll keep you updated in the upcoming weeks as to how the introduction
goes!
Aimee

Hey Bri,
The two girs are doing wonderful! They are such a blessing and so much fun to be around and to take care of. Their personalities are SO much different and its fun to watch how they interact wit each other. Their names are Lily and Emma. Lily is the dumbo. They started responding by name about a week ago and they give me kisses through the cage when I come in the room. :) They are absolutly precious!!! They love dinner time. Dinner usually consisits of fruits and veggies, and they PIG OUT on ALLLL the broccoli. Its hilarious! Anywho...Thanks again for everything. Ill send you some more emails and pictures in the future with updates. Hope all is well with you guys! Take care!
-Jeff

Hi Briana,
I just wanted to let you know that the two babies I
got are doing great! I named the Burmese one Riley and
the Siamese one Belle. They're about four times the
size they were when I got them, I forgot how fast they
grow, and their colors are still changing.
Thanks!
Jennifer
The guys are doing good. The smaller one is still a little smaller - he is a hugger. He likes to just sit and get petted - the other one is more inquisative but doesn't try to get away. The smaller one we named Squeaks and the other Max. They are so funny to watch when they are chasing each other. For a long time they would try to drink at the same time. The smaller one is softer than the other one - maybe cuz he is a little smaller. Just wanted to let you know they are doing fine. My granddaughter calls them the one who likes to run and the one who likes to hide. They chewed up all the soft things I had - the hammock and the cuddle cup!! They just sleep on the floor or on one of the shelves - some times in the little igloo. They love rice chex which have very low sugar like cheerios - the colored twirly noodles and the cheerios the best. They don't much eat the banana chips or raisins. I try to give them a good mixture each time I fill up the bowl.
Hope all your little guys are doing good or have new homes.
-Sue

Hi Briana,
We've attached some pictures for your enjoyment. Let us know if you do not receive them.
Our daughter Kaylene named the two rats Gus-Gus (light hair) and Buddy (darker hair). Buddy seems to be the dominant rat. He gets on top of the exercise wheel when Gus-Gus is trying to exercise and stops the wheel or gets it to go in the opposite direction. Buddy also blocks the lower water bottle and Gus-Gus often goes to the other water bottle on the top level of the four level cage.
We put treats, Triscuits and pet store kind, in the top food dish and tap its side and the two rats come running up; sometimes climbing up the walls instead of using the ramps.
Our rats continue to be healthy and nice. They let us hold them and seem to especially like to have their ears rubbed. We bought a rat collar leash and have tried it in the house a couple of times. They don't seem to be too impressed with it. They seem to prefer their big blue plastic ball for exploring around the house.
The rats pee outside their cage. We put towels around the cage so our carpets don't get ruined or stink. Gus-Gus and Buddy do love a clean cage and we tend to clean it at least each week on Saturday or Sunday as a family project. Our 5 year old daughter amazingly helps a lot in the process.
Thanks again for breeding such wonderful friends for us.
Sincerely,
Carol, Kaylene and Todd
So we had some other names picked out but these little rascals have been tumbling around the cage so much that we figured "Bruiser" and "Buster" were more appropriate. There's been no squeaking and it never gets to biting, it's more like playful wrestling right now. It's pretty cute. They roll around in a little ball. They have been settling in very nicely otherwise.
Bruiser (our little dumbo rex) immediately runs out whenever a hand is stuck into his cage. He likes to lick fingers (I think it's the salt) - see "Bruiser 001". Buster (little standard ear boy) is a little more shy but he drops that act pretty quickly when peanut butter is involved (good tip!) - he's definitely treat motivated... see "Buster 007" where he is eating a peanut dipped in peanut butter!
So far they have been testing out the various huts and holes for the BEST sleeping place. Bruiser usually finds a good spot and Buster wanders around and eventually curls up wherever his brother has settled - see "Rats 004". They've got a lot of room to run in their cage ("Rats 010") and they spend their time either bouncing around like little popcorn kernels, rolling around with each other or snuggled up sleeping. They very much enjoy being out of the cage too. We've been holding them a lot. Last night Bruiser fell asleep in my palm while I was watching a movie.
Hope you enjoy these pics.
Thanks again for my new babies!!!
-Mariko

Hi Briana,
Little Daria is a real cutie. She is always up and about. When is isn't playing, she's trying to chew her way through the cage bars. She a fussy eater, but always takes treats at the cage door. She's the first one to take something. Then she runs and hides it and then comes back to get another. She's the only ratty to do that; the other just start eating theirs right away.

It was really nice to finally meet you! Thank you also, for helping me pick out their food and all.
Aria decide to name the white one "Snowflake" and the other one "Jasmine". The ride back was fine. They ate some apple and then fell asleep.
When we got home and put them in their new cage, they were really excited, running and bouncing all over, checking their new place out, ate, drank, fought a little with each other, then fell asleep again. After their nap, we picked them up for a little to play with them-- they are so-o cute and sweet! We all really love them, thank you! We'll keep you updated with more later.
Thanks again,
-Judy, Aria, and Geo

Kitty’s Rattery is the best! My daughter adopted her first 2 ratties (Winky and Squeaky) from Kitty’s Rattery. The “little ladies”, as we refer to Winks and Squeaks, are healthy and so much fun. As first time rattie owners we could not have had a better experience. Briana (the rattery owner/breeder) is great! She is compassionate and extremely honest. She was and still is available to answer any question we may have. We loved how she was wanting all of her ratties to find GOOD homes. Briana truly loves her ratties and breeds for all the right reasons. We would definitely adopt from Kitty’s Rattery again!!!
Tedra (and Brinna — who says “The ratties are so fun. Thank you, Briana, for all the time you spent with us”)
